Mikeys Open Mic - Bon Voyage Alex and Thank You Rotary Park!
On Wednesday August 29th we’ll be using our Open Mic Nite to bid a fare well to Alex Ginella who is heading to Toronto!! It will also be a big celebration of Rotary Park in general and all they contributed to the Monday Open Mic nights at Mikeys on 12th and Wednesdays at the Juke Joint.
We’re also excited to have Special Guest Bobby Dove join for the night!!
It’s gonna be a party! Bring your best jam, bring presents, bring spare change, I’ll bring cake and balloons! We hope we can jam the whole night away.
Rotary Park @ Shady Grove Bluegrass Festival
Join Rotary Park at 11am on Saturday and 1pm Sunday during the Shady Grove Festival in Nantion, hosted by the Foothills Bluegrass Society.
There will be instrument workshops, and campfire jamming.

Casati with Rotary Park
We are excite to support Casati on their tour through Calgary. Casati is a a Winnipeg-based Folk trio made up of Grace Hrabi on ukulele, Jesse Popeski on guitar, and Quintin Bart on bass (and sometimes hurdy-gurdy), with all three contributing vocals. Their debut album There Will Be Days (April 2017) is a collection of 10 original songs with emphasis on creativity, interaction and inventiveness in the music, and honesty, sincerity, and playfulness in the lyrics.
